A CIBIL score is not generated in a days time. It takes a minimum of a month after you take a loan for it show up on the CIBIL report.
The Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act of 2005 prohibits Credit Information Companies (CICs) from altering any database information without the permission of the relevant Credit Institution.

If you check your CIBIL credit score and report within 45 days of shutting or paying off your accounts, CIBIL records might not be updated because credit institutions send data to CIBIL every 30-45 days.
Consequently, nothing will happen quickly. Let’s say you have a low credit score. To update the information and have it appear in the credit information report, you must pay off any outstanding debts and wait for the lender to send the information to CIBIL.
